BA't maheshi



Duck stuffed with rice


Ingredients 1 duck, 1 cup rice, Salt and black pepper, ½ cup water, 3 cloves  Hill, 3 Laura paper or gar, and 2 tablespoons margarine.
  
Method
Wash the duck well with salt and flour and then cut liver, pancreas and heart
(Fillers) placed pancreas and heart in a bowl with a little water and then put them ghee and then add a little liver, for a moment, then add the rice and season with salt and black pepper

So as not totally red the rice in the duck placed in boiling water to boil and add the chopped onion and bay leaf , cardamom , salt and pepper until full maturity
Then remove from the soup and placed in plate and paint with shortening and sprinkle a pinch of salt
And black pepper into the oven for reddening until golden offer.
