Luxury on the Egyptian way



Ingredients: Rice, Lentils, Egyptian cup rice, Cup lentils Brown, Cup boiling water lentils, Large onion grated, Oil, Spices, Paprika, Salt

Pasta: Half baguettes Pasta, 3 tablespoons tomato sauce, A little water, Oil, and Salt

Sauce: 3 tomatoes without peel “tomato juice ", tomato sauce, 5 cloves garlic, minced, 4 tbsp. vinegar, A little water, Oil, and Salt


LTP: 4 cloves garlic, ¼ cup water, Hierarchical teaspoon cumin, 2 vinegar, Oil, and Salt


Onion imports: Oil, 2 large onion chopped thin wings, Pepper


Method: Rice with Lentils, We prepare rice in water for one hour and well mix and a half after that.
Wash black lentils then boiled thoroughly and set aside and reserve the water, cook lentils used in the settlement of rice after that. And Keep the fire a little oil and butter it then add the spices, onions and paprika and then add white rice washed and drained.
With constant stirring for 3 minutes and Then add it boiled and drained lentils and turn very gently until everyone is mixed and then add the boiling water , lentils and salt and Cover and leave on the fire until it is quiet maturity , and this is its final form .
Pasta:Boil pasta in water and We prepare pasta sauce and We put the oil in the pot and Then add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and a little water and finally salt

Then we add the pasta

And well mix it with sauce

Can be left white pasta without sauce, but I best sauce
