Rice Casserole chives

Ingredients: 2 cups rice, 4 cups milk, 1 tablespoon margarine my,
1 tablespoon, cream, and Salt
Method: Wash rice
thoroughly under running water and drain. Put rice and milk in large bowl and
leave it for a full hour. And Add the margarine and cardamoms, and salt. Heat
the pot over high heat until rice absorbs three -quarters of the amount of milk
and be half cooked, and conveys rice to Casserole and cover the surface with cream.
Heat oven to a temperature (190-200 C) .placed in the oven, and reveals the
rice after 15 minutes and you can add 1/4 cup milk if rice is not tender or
creamy textures. Rice leaves for 10-15 minutes, until just cooked, and ignite
the oven and grill convey to the top oven rack and leave until the surface browns.
